Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website? 
A: You can make your purchases in complete security on We use a Secure Socket Layer certificate to ensure that all transactions are securely processed.

Q: When will my credit card be debited for my order?
A: The Company will debit your credit card for the total amount at the time of ordering.

Q: Where is my order?
A: Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3 pm will be processed the same day, except on public holidays. Any orders placed after 3 pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm are processed the following Monday.

Q: How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
A: As soon as your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please check your spam folder.

Q: Do you deliver abroad?
A: Yes, we deliver all over the world: our international shipments are made via Bpost International and our national shipments via Bpost. Delivery is free of charge for orders over 150 euros. Shipping time depends on the carrier and the final destination but usually takes between 2 and 6 working days. Please note that customs duty for all countries is included, you have nothing to pay on receipt of the order.

Q: Can I speed up delivery of my parcel?
A: No, the delivery time does not vary.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: At the moment we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as Paypal for all orders.

Q: Can my purchase be returned or exchanged?
A: We are sure that the purchase you make on the website will give you complete satisfaction. For cancellations, changes or returns there is a 14 day right of withdrawal. If a product of this type is defective please contact our customer service by email at

Q: What can I do if I ordered the wrong size ?

A: The Company does not take products back so please be sure about the size before ordering.

Q: Can I have my parcel delivered to a postal box?
A: The Company does not deliver to postal boxes. Postal box addresses are authorized for invoicing purposes only and orders must be delivered to a standard address.

Q: What is the quality of the jewelry?
A: The jewelry is made in guaranteed rhodium plated 925/1000 Silver or guaranteed 3 microns gold plating.

Q: What can I do if my purchase is broken?
A: Each piece of jewelry is guaranteed 6 months.  If anything happens to your jewelry within that period we will be happy to carry out repair work. Please follow the steps below before sending your jewelry back to us: 

  • Log onto your personal account
  • Click ″Return and guarantee″
  • Add your order number
  • Fill in the required information then click ″Send″.

Once the procedure has been completed you will receive a confirmation email with a form to be filled in and sent with your parcel. Your jewelry must be returned at your own expense and will be sent back free of charge within 2 to 4 weeks after the date of receipt.

If your jewelry is no longer under guarantee we can still carry out repair work.

For your security we advise you to send your parcel via a carrier so that you can track it and thereby avoid any inconvenience. Q: How should I take care of my jewelry? 
A: We are sure that you are delighted with your jewelry and want to take care of it to keep it as long as possible. 

Here are some tips to take care of it:

Silver jewelry will naturally become oxidized when exposed to air and humidity. You can keep its brilliance by removing the oxidization with a special cloth. When you are not wearing your jewelry, keep it in a closed bag away from the light to avoid  oxidization.

Plated jewelry should be cleaned with a soft cloth. Do not use cleaning cream for gold.
