The Company sends the user an information email when the piece of jewelry is ready.
Following this email, the order is prepared and sent by the Company as soon as possible and in a maximum of 5 days after the purchase of the jewelry (subject to payment validation). A further email is sent to the user when the Company dispatches the parcel.
Deliveries can be made all over the world
The products are sent to the address indicated by the user at the time of ordering.
Delivery is by Bpost and is free of charge.
Products are delivered during the 5 working days of the week only (no deliveries will be made during the weekend). The user is informed that any order placed on the website on Friday afternoon will not be processed until Monday of the following week.
Delivery will take place within:
- 1 to 2 working days for Belgium with Bpost;
- 2 to 6 working days for the rest of the world with Bpost International.

The Company does not accept responsibility for any delay, loss of ordered items or strikes by the postal services or carrier. In the event of the latter, the user must take the appropriate measures directly with the postal services or carrier.
All products are carefully packed by the Company in compliance with applicable standards to ensure their perfect condition and security during transport. It is important that the user checks the packaging and products on delivery.
The Company must be notified of any problem concerning the items delivered (damaged, missing, broken or faulty items) within 3 days (including public holidays) of delivery (acknowledgement of receipt of delivery serving as proof) and any claims or reservations concerning the non-compliance or defect in the item should be sent by email (firstname.lastname@example.org):

If your jewelry has a defect we will be happy to carry out repair work. Please follow the steps below before sending your jewelry back to us:
When the procedure has been finalised you will receive a confirmation email with a form to fill in and send with your parcel. Your jewelry must be returned at your own expense and will be sent back to you free of charge within 2 to 4 weeks after the date of receipt.
If your jewelry is no longer under guarantee we can still carry out repair work.
